HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
Please call or text us at 571-337-2673 with your name, the type of massage you would like to schedule as well as what times you are available to schedule it. You will be contacted shortly to finalize the scheduling. If you do not have a package of massages or anything prepaid, payment will be due at the time of booking.
I AM PREGNANT. WHAT IS NEEDED FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
We do offer prenatal massages, however you must have with you a note from your prenatal care provider stating that you are beyond 12 weeks along and have no complications that could be a contraindication for massage. This is a non-negotiable policy.
If you find you are pregnant and have a massage coming up but will not be 12 weeks along by that time, let us know immediately and we will help you find an appointment when you will be far enough along with a note from your doctor.
HOW LONG ARE PREPAID FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS GOOD FOR?
As we are committed to making sure you follow the program agreed on, individual massages and packages of 3 massages are good for 6 months*. Packages of 5 and 10 are good for 1 year*. After this your massages expire, so you are encouraged to maintain a regular massage schedule. By letting us know ahead of time if there will be an issue with following the protocol agreed upon (thus interfering with the regularity of your massages), we may make exceptions to this policy.
*Expired massages may retain a paid value of 50% of the paid amount of the service (i.e. if a single massage was purchased for $80 and it takes over 6 months to book the service, the retained value would be $40 and $60 would be owed at the time of a scheduled appointment for a 60 minute massage - Reg. price of $100. No substitution of services are allowed.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
We will issue full refunds for prepaid appointments within 30 days of time of purchase. For other situations that may come up, please contact management at (571) 223-2613. Please allow 60 days for refunds to process. Refunds will be delivered by mail.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
You may cancel your appointment without charge any time 24 hours before your appointment is scheduled to take place. Canceling your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a fee up to the cost of the appointment. Not calling to cancel your appointment or not showing up for the appointment will result in the fee for the appointment to be charged, with no refund for it. If the appointment was booked under a gift certificate, it will be voided in lieu of the fee.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM RUNNING LATE OR REALIZE AT THE LAST MINUTE I CAN'T MAKE IT?
Please call us as soon as you know that you will not be making your appointment on time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your massage time will be shortened to ensure other clients who are on time get their full massage time. If you can't make it last minute, please call us as soon as you realize this and see above on the CANCELLATION POLICY.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment. If this is your first appointment, we will need to have you fill out paperwork. This is also a good time to wind down and relax a bit before going in for your massage.
CAN I STILL GET A MASSAGE IF I AM SICK?
If you find you are sick and have an appointment for a massage that day, please call us and let us know immediately. We will reschedule your appointment for you for a time when you should be feeling better. Massage has been proven to not be as beneficial if you are fighting something off. We also would appreciate the consideration of not spreading germs to others who are well, coming in for a massage.
